Weekly Backups

When you own a high–traffic site or a data–intensive web app, it is obligatory to keep a full backup of everything. Still, setting up an automated backup system can be hard. That is why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we will keep a complete backup of your VPS plan, not only of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, retaining all the changes that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may sound like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is the perfect thing for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our competent system administrators who will install any software or solve any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an additional feature.
